Back to School and Falls Sessions

As the back-to-school rush looms just a week and a half away, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. From school supplies and clothes to water bottles and backpacks, the to-do list seems endless. Between the avalanche of emails, texts, sign-ups, and the frantic scramble to install new apps, it feels like there’s just so much to juggle. But here’s a comforting thought: you’re not alone in this whirlwind. We’re all in this August back-to-school frenzy together, and there’s a sense of solidarity in that shared chaos.

In the midst of the frenzy, have you ever paused to reflect on your “why”? Why are you going through all this stress and busyness? What drives you to put in so much effort? The answer is simple yet profound: it’s love. You’re doing it all because you want the very best for your kids. You’d move mountains for them if you could. You’ve spent countless sleepless nights soothing them, rocking them back to sleep, and holding them close until they drifted off on your shoulder. You’ve nourished them in every sense, often at your own expense. Why? Because of love.

Love is the force that fuels your sacrifices and efforts. It’s the reason behind every sleepless night and every ounce of energy you pour into their lives. And while love itself isn’t about photography, it’s deeply connected to how we cherish and remember those we love.

For me, being surrounded by things I love brings joy, whether I’m at home or at work. And nothing brings me more happiness than my family. Family photos serve as a constant reminder of what I hold dear—they make me grateful and bring a smile even on the toughest days. That’s why, come fall, I’m thrilled to offer family photography sessions. These sessions are more than just pictures; they are timeless reminders of your “why,” beautifully captured and displayed as art in your home.

Family means different things to different people. Whether it’s just you and your child, a multigenerational household, or even a close-knit group of friends, family is wherever you find that special sense of belonging and love. This fall, I’m offering a variety of sessions and locations to fit your needs. My only advice is to come as you are—bring your people, embrace the chaos and joy, and celebrate the ones you’d move mountains for.

Sessions will be released this evening, and I can’t wait to capture this meaningful season of your lives with your loved ones.
